I mean its still a good deal if it does 2500 IMO lol... Ive actually done some more board comparisons on it and i notice that the layout is really similar to the American Bass 200.1 which is rated 3800rms but the AB has a few more components to it. The Ab has 2 more Mosfets & 2 more small caps then the SS Ta1.3000d, but pretty much everything is in the same place other then those 2 differences. Im really leaning toward getting one. They look really nice and are warrantied for .5ohms.

I would go for it. Not many amps are rated that low. The board layout is also similar to the aq.2200 but the SS has a few more components. And the 2200 does at least 2500 so I really believe it does rated. And its efficient. I have a XXX-4000D and its beefier than that. I would go for it. If you ever need any help with soundstream stuff pm me. I know a lot about ss

Kew, i torn between this and the SS Rubicon 2500. Either way id be running either amp at .5ohm. I know the Ruby's can take it as well with good electrical and mine pretty upgraded(220a dc alt, 2 agms in back & 4 runs of 0g front to back batteries, and like 6 different grounds lol) so i should be able to run either at .5 without issue. But how does it feel quality and weight wise?
