x2 My BRZ 1200 stays waaaayyy cooler than my AP10001D and AP15001D ever did!

What ohm are you running that at ? any complaints ? I'm running my single SA-8 D4 in series at 2 ohm and I'm getting another and will be running at 1 ohm. So far NO complaints. Amp stays cool and is loud.

I've got the BRZ 1200.1D and it's amazing for the price. CEA-2006 true rms ratings too.

Not trying to show anything off here, just wanted to share how much flex I'm getting with this little guy. Single SA-8 v.1 off of Hifonics BRZ 1200.1D at 2 ohm tuned low. I love the lows and so does this little guy. I only took a video because I was surprised at how much my window and roof were flexing with this guy. Sorry about the quality....cell phone... Can't wait to add more 8's and power!

I got the Hifonics Brutus BRZ 1200.1D because I'm going to run two SA-8's for a while before I get 4. Then I'll probably get another 2 SA-8's and another 1200.1D. Maybe I'll sell the 1200.1D I have though and run 4 SA-8's off of 2 1700.1D's because with my single SA-8 on the 1200.1D @ 2 ohm (~800w) it still wants more power.

They look pretty cool, but I love my SA-8.

My AP10001D is toast and I don't want to put money in to fix it so I'm going to buy a new amplifier. What are some good amps to power it? I usually ran ~600w rms to it. I was looking at the RF R500-1 but I wouldn't mind a tad more juice. My SA-8 is a D4 so I need the amp to have 400-700w @ 2 ohm! Thanks
