Wow does anyone know its a law in NC? Just checked it is a law but i wanted bright blue lights... I hate some laws.. I may reconsider getting these cuz of that law ive had hids for a few yrs and no one has said anything but they are some fuktards around here that buy there hids off ebay and try to blind teh shit out of everybody they can, i mean my fog lights are twice as bright as my headlights but i only run em on back roads and when it rains and what knot so dunno the law about it in nc, hope it aint illigal, but my lights aint real blue, more like a crystal white to me, if i can see better and not hit someone else durring bad weather n what knot then i say they dont need to be illigal, i mean thats what i got mine for, so i can see better as to not have any accident, and my lights are aimed to the right side of road anyways so oncomeing traffic wont see em much anyways

lol, i dont know all about hids but ive figured out a bit from there website on how they work, and i got a old ass book on commercial hid lighting like in warehouses and shit, this stuff is wiered i dont think u will need anything other than a relay harness, it just puts less strain on ur stock wireing, it will prolly handle it but my hid kit i got from ddm's wireing harness only plugs into one headlight output, so its getting all its power off the drivers side headlight harness, but its ok i guess, i can rewire it and make it work without it and run off both sides but it works fine now so why mess with it u can make ur own relay kit but pritty much all there stuff is plug n play other than grounding ur ballasts or i had to on mine and u should be good to go i like mine but my passanger side bulb is a lil tricky, it seems like it wants to stay on high beam for a few min and if i flick it it will go back, but thats ok i payed about $60 or so for my kit shipped, and my maxcar h4 low beam 8000k kit that i took the ballasts from cost me $200 so i think i got a deal imo, about the same brightness and good quality only thing i dont like about hids is they take so long to warm up, but its something get used to

if u want the brighetest light output ur gunna get, ied pick http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/Apexcone-Raptor-HID-Kit get the 55w kit, 9007(high/low) bulb type, 6000k color will give u a bright white, or if u want u can get a 8000k cause the 55w will make it more 6000k color, and get brackets as it makes mounting the ballasts easier i got there 8000k 35w h4 high low in my headlights with the h3 5000k bulbs with my maxcar ballasts for fogs and there bright as hell heres a pic of my hids i got the raptor series hid kit but they dont have em anymore i dont think, but the others are better too hope this helps do u want a blue kit or something really bright where u can see everything? heres a color chart and here go one with the difference between 35w and 55w i just post this from ur other topic lol, if u want blue blue 10000k should do it cause my 8000k are a lil blue but not much

u tell him front doors where 5'' and rear deck was 6&1/2's? in my geo prizm the dash speakers are 4'' and rear deck are 5'', but i did some custom work and redid the rear deck to accept 6&1/2's but might tweek it a bit later on tho http://www.the12volt.com/installbay/stereodetail/963.html if u need any help wireing it up for him

i by no means am bashing soundman as i got all there videos on my ipod that they podcast i love there work but ive never seen em go that indepth with it but fish is on a different level tho like that shit he did for tony stewart, i like just to see different people do different things soundman do some clean shit and they acually show u how they do it as in people like fish just show shit done soundman and fish ftw then lol

i appreciate the help man, how do u calibrate it, like twist the projector linse till it goes clear? how much would a tv place charge to do this for him?

i mean it plays a decent picture but has a white haze over it when its turned on, doesn't matter what's connected to it it doesn't look like its getting full color output, its like there all mixing together and getting a glow around objects and what knot if u want a idea, take ur lcd or w/e tv u got, put on a pare of glasses, take off the glasses, rub it with ur fingers then put em back on, thats what it looks like i kno they got that reflector thing in it but i dunno if thats got anything to do with it to work on it can i just take off the back panel to get to everything or is there another way to do so? also one of the rca audio outputs dont work, i tried to get his surround sound to work with it but it wont he hates going from a lcd to a rear projection lol i might try what u said tommrow to see if that helps its set for a few months without being played, would that have anything to do with it? also if the bulb is bad where do u get those as i dont think they sell these type tvs anymore?

well my uncle inherited a tv from his mom when she past and the picture is bad, and a friend of mine has the exact same tv as well with the same problem its real hazy with white glow in the back and not much color output with a 720p or 1080i signal to it the tv is a Philips 55PW9363 55" Widescreen HD-Ready TV, here is a pic is there a way to fix his tv and if so what would be wrong with it? i thought it might be a light bulb or something but i dunno, he wants a cheap fix, if not he will prolly throw it away, i might be the one to fix it for him, i can prolly order him the parts off the net if i knew what it was to fix it plz help reason for edit = that aint the exact same tv as the inputs are different but it looks exactly like that from the front if that helps
