are u gunna switch up the front like new grill, hid's, projector headlights? dunno if this has been asked befor or not , would look sweet wit a billet grills and carbon fiber projectors wit the side mirrows wit the led's in em, just my $.02 and ps. hoopty looks kick ass , awesome craftsmanship, but would look koo if u put some lights in the box so ppl can see the subs movein like u did in ur tahoe vid wit the floresent light to see ppl, sry i just ask to many questions , anyway i can see u got everything down to a science already just throwin out ideas

what about corner molding and fiberglass it in? like the / lookin corner molding might work not sure, thats about as easy as u can get a man might can get some of this http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=prod...d=2798-1487-999 and sand down the bumps or my dad has some at the lumber store that i can ship? thats as easy as i can think of, u can cauk behind it, brad nail it in and then put some resen over it and then some fiberglass mat and a lil bit more resen and should be fine or might work without dunno aint rly tryed it but should work the same, hope that helps

u have if fused correctly? and by not runnin it u mean have the s/w thing on the headunit turned off? might be a bad amp how long u have it and is it ina well venolated area? my sony 600w 4ch useto get hella hot and i went to radio shack and got a 12v fan and it worked perfect, ied try that or go to a car stereo shop and get one of those stinger amp fans to put beside it and see if that works, oh and from the 4guage to 1/0 makes one hell of a diff, more strands and alot less resistance, ied get 1/0 or do u have the 1/0 kit with 4guage from the disstrobution block or a straight 4guage kit, if so ied get a 1/0 kit that should make a diff

u need 1/0 to run that big of an amp, i think the most u can do with 4guage is 800, thats prolly why its gettin hot cause its tryin to pull what it needs from that low of guage wire, try switching it to 1/0 or 0guage and see if that works, and are the gains set right? and do u have a second battery in the back or a cap?

ive heard one in circuit city and they acually sound pritty good, it was ina custom box from bazooka that was ported at each corner of the sub and acually picked up low end right nicely, well worth $40 a sub shipped and plus u can stack em to make a square

i got a set of ds coax and a set of ks componits in my truck and they get hella loud and sound great doin it and can be ran off an amp i got em both ran off a memphis 150.2 amp and its more than enough to power em my amp gains at 1/4 and its loud but as the other guy said only reason the tweets aint loud is prolly cause its ran from stock hu, and these are not a stock alterinatave, they more than out preforms what a stock speaker will do, but if u want a lil bit more clarity ied get the ks series or try some polk db's there priced cheap and get really loud and have good midbass and so does the ks's, hope this helps

i just need 4guage i need 4 ring terminals and im thinkin 10ft wire if u got it but i'll prolly get it from a local shop tho but the terminals i do need, and does this amp rly get hot bad or? cause sometime i ran my 500d @ 1ohm not knoin it was 2ch bridged into 1 and it was slappin the hell out of those rf punch hx2 12's i had and it got so hot i couldn't touch it sometimes in the heat of the summer but never cut off
