  1. Days like you described, cloudy, muggy, dark.....even good MEKP will take awhile to cure the resin. If you hadn't already, use some heat from a lamp or a heat gun and et it to start kicking. Don't concentrate the heat in 1 spot for too long or heat the whole thing up too much. Once it has some heat to it, the resin will start to kick and it will cure. Another option is to mix up just enough resin and MEKP to cover the project. Except add double the MEKP. When it heats up during curing, it will cause a chain reaction to start the underlying resin to cure also. Disclaimer::: Too much MEKP will get very hot. Smoke. Sometimes catch fire. Be aware of how much you add.
  2. Couple painted pics he sent me. I need to get some better ones.
  3. I'm getting insider word he is pretty much a Buc now. Which pisses me off. It was/is pretty much the last straw for me as a Gruden fan. Well, a fan of Gruden the coach. As a people person, gruden failed at that a long time ago. But as a coach, he is damn good. Favre comes in here, I say in "here" as I shit Pewter and red so i am a fan of the Bucs, and the offense has to go back several steps. Garcia was acclamated to the offense. He had a grasp of it after last year where he did damn good as it was in what is known as the hardest play book in the league. Pretty sure it opened up as the season went along, but has to be scaled back till the new QB gets it. garcia was new to it last year. Now bring in Favre. Scale back the playbook, AGAIN, till he picks it up. Sure, he is familiar with that style offense, but so was Garcia. Garcia learned each receivers style, linemens style, and the running backs styles.....so he knows where they will be at each time in each type of senerio. It is always different, Now favre has to come in and everyone will be at square 1 for awhile. But the biggest transition of all, the swap that makes the offense even get off the ground will have to be re-learned. The center to QB exchange. As you can tell, I am not a fan of Favre to the Bucs. Unless we start out 6 -0 of course. Crossing my fingers that the Jets make a better package deal and land him.
  4. I think he should have stayed retired. IMO, he looks arrogant and selfish. And this will mess with Rodgers pshyche. He might be a great QB but never get to play cause Favre can't make a desicion. Now don't get me wrong, I rank Favre as 1 of the 3 top QBs to ever play. But come on man, retire.
  5. I guess Da Bolts would be David huh?....lol...I read the other thread. coolwazabi is the other guy so far. So 3 confirmed, 4 if the other guy I PM'd signs on. So that leaves 4 spots. Lets fill them.
  6. Someone signed up that got the email....I am guessing that was David. I just PM'd one person who wanted to join. Anyone else? Come on guys.
  7. Well since you did the other door already, I will assume you know where all the screws and bolts are located. But just incase...... under the armrest area are 2 10mm bolts. There us a screw inside the door handle cup. Everything else are the tree clips I do beleive.
  8. An email has been sent to the 6 players from last year who participated and left email address. I only have 7 open spots, so first come first serve. If you sign up, please stay active thru out the season. Some players never participated past week 8 or so. PM me for ID# and password if you want to play. It is FREE. http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/le...evemeadedesigns
  9. 2 weeks till the Cruise In. Kegerator is getting tuned up....burgers and dogs getting grilled.
  10. I wonder who could take the one on the truck now and make it black, debadged and nice looking? Can't be that hard to find someone willing to give it a shot. Probally for the same price you were paying for the new powdercoated one that isn't in stock.
  11. Here is what I recommend...... Keep the Bonni, get a decent running Blazer, and bag it. It will take some time to do so you will want something else to drive anyways. So why not keep the G ride? I would.
  12. This is true. But Matt is in the same club as the GD owners so I am sure he got some form of discount anyways. I have known Matt for years and is good guy and better fabricator.
  13. Up in that section of the U.S., I recommend http://www.haggardfab.com/home.html for suspension work. Worth the travel if he isn't right by you. Having bagged the rear of a Blazer and had my hands on a few other ones being bagged, it is not one of the easier vehicles to mess with.
  14. Call me and we can discuss it. Your the rerason I made this thread since I couldn't catch you on AIM.
  15. All I really have are dash shells and bezels. But what other parts are you looking for exactly? Some of the 98+ parts do fit.

  18. You need a good stretchable vinyl. That door can be done. I use the All Sport from here... http://www.yourautotrim.com/al4stvi.html
  19. Anthony....you got my number, you know where to find me. Need something, let me know. Maybe even subs? I sell the DC now. :hairtrick:
  20. Ford black base coat and a clear. Just had to play with the mix ratios to get it transparent. Could do a kandy, but that cost more money. So i found a ratio that works as good using standard base blacks.
  21. The VHT stuff is ok for 1 coat. But if you don't get the right coverage the first time, and you try a second coat, it tends to cloud up. And then it has a chalky texture to it sometimes. I use standard automotive paints and clear coat. A couple layers, some wet sanding and buffing and you have a gloss finish that is durable. Sure, it is more expensive, but it is beter IMO.
