    I love my 17" widescreen, but if you're wanting tons of time away from the plug consider a smaller screen. Mine will last for almost 2 hours on power saver setting. I'm looking into getting the bigger battery.

    Processor Speed, brand and type? Good: Amd Turion x2's and, intel core 2's System Bus? How much is enough? Are you talking about bus speed? Mines 1600mhz and it does what I want it to Cache Memory? How much and what kind? I have 1MB (2 x 512KB) L2 cache, once again its fine for what i do and should be for you. System Memory? How much do I need what is a good amount to have? In my opinion I would say 2 gigs minimum.

    Yeah I'll definitely want to upgrade next year. My best friend just got an R6, and he wants me to ride it but I want to try out the ninja first because I want something to look forward to lol. My mom isn't too happy about me getting a bike, i can tell she just wont say anything because she knows i'll do what i want anyways since she's not paying for anything, my dad doesn't know yet. My grandmother will disown me (in the words of my brother) haha looking forward to it.

    I think i paid 800 for mine, its a 17" hp dv9000. 3 gigs of ram, dual core amd, 250 gig hdd. I love it.

    Girlfriends are the worst to ask me this. I don't have a good excuse either, when my parents say something I always tell my dad "well I could either make my stereo louder or my car faster so I can wrap it around a tree" He tends to understand, he would much rather see me with hearing aids than dead.

    Definately doing it, it was stored indoors, but the guy lost the key and is taking it to the dealer to get a new ignition put on or something like that. Only thing that was holding me back was insurance, I was VERRRY worried about it but progressive will cover me 12 months for $150 for liability, and uninsured motorist which is VERY reasonable in my opinion. Im very excited to be getting a bike, I just hate the fact its starting to get cold and i'm just now getting one.

    Whats your deal??? The guy asked for a ghetto way to charge a battery.. I gave him an idea that WOULD work in theory. And why wouldn't 30 amps be enough to charge a battery? I have a 3 amp trickle charger, so whats wrong with 30 amps? So since my trickle charger charges my batteries a 3 amps... 30 amps wouldn't be enough? If a power supply can power a car amplifier, i'm sure it could slowly charge a battery enough to start a car.

    I'm wanting something bigger for sure, but the thing is, I traded a $50 car that I had nothing in and $100 cash for a $2000 dirt bike (lady was in a tight spot) and this guy wants to trade me his rocket for it so I want to start on this thing for sure if it isn't too little for me. I'm very excited to be getting a rocket. Maybe next year I can upgrade towards the end of the summer onto something bigger.

    And?..... 12 volts is enough to get your car started, I never stated it was going to be a great and fast charge, but your car will start the next morning....
