the headlights are plastic and get a lil hot when running xenon bulbs so would upping to h.i.d's casue them to melt? Sounds Noobish But all the cars iv ran H.I.D's in came stock with em this will be my first conversion.

This is why it is nearly imposible to ask anything on this forum...The Constant bashing over a simple question...If your so against the post why post on it? Im sorry but if u got 4 18's or a walled setup your in no way not tryna be heard outside....yes there are times and places for this but lets be real... We all crank it up at times and reality of this is people do hear you and might think your the douchbag/asshole that your all calling this guy....the OP's question about wanting to be heard outside is something we all wanted at some point when we put walls and masses of subs...if you got 5000 watts and say your not tryna be heard your full of it....it doesnt take a wall or that much power to just get personal bass..i agree schools & residential areas is a bit rediculous to be turning it up....i personally run 2 12's 1000watts for my daily and got my 15's for when i wanna get loud (shows,meets,ect) but to have 20 members on here calling this guy a asshole and a douchbag is the childish aspect of the post...systems are for personal enjoyment and if he enjoys gettting distance and being heard then thats how he enjoys his system...not how i enjoy my setup but just a thought for those of you calling him a douchbag for ENJOYING HIS SETUP and asking how something works....whats makes some of these replys crazy is iv seen many members post videos and there in their driveway's and front yards on youtube talking about we gotta do this quick the neighbors getting Mad....does that make them douchbags too? i personally think everyone knows when your being ignorant....

this setup wont be the mayhems or sp4's, the subs im considering are only 1k rms when i upgrade to the mayhems or sp4's ima run the RF t2500bd to each just save your money till you are able to buy the subs you want. it will be a waste of money buying 1000 watt subs only to be replaced in a few months edit: you can always buy 1 mayhem or sp4 and buy the next one when you are ready and keep doing that till you are happy the box for the mayhem or sp4's is gonna be a wall and i cant do a wall till after i move in next january i own the 3 rf t1000's already only adding 1 15 to make the 3 15's just was considering selling the 2 15's and buying 6 12's. sounds crazy but yes u are right if i was starting from nothing then it would be very stupid to spend so much on a temp setup. thanks

RE audio, Sundown, DC Audio , Fi Audio , Digital Designs.... You Could really go crazy and get real loud with such a big area to work with...few 15's would be great all the above brands are very good ones amp and sub wise im working on a project: 3 re audio sxx15d4 (would do more but the area im working with is 1/2 yours)...you can always start with 2 15's and add more in time but bigger the box louder u will get. the subs im getting require 4cu each so my box is gonna be 45in x 40in x 17in roughly 12cu after all the displacement just enough for 3 if u really got the cash and are willing to so look into the 18's since u got the space to build a massive box...... hope this helps man. maybe someone on here lives close and might be willing to meet up and help u build a box cheaper than a shop

ending project will be 6 12's or 3 15's... untill i decide on my mahems or sp4's box is about 14cu before displacement

ok here is the deal... 12 inch is 1000rms needing 2cu each 15 inch is 1000rms needing 4cu each got 12cu - to work with....what would you do....
