This all depends on you, we can throw thousands of amps too you all day but it all depends on what you want too spend... how much power you want and if you can grow with your amp... like buying another woofer and will the amp push that as well or do you have too but another amp.... do you get me?.. i like Stetsom for the power and the warranty plus the protection it has.... this amp will tell you if it's too hot.. or you wired the speaker to low.. or not enough juice.. and it will protect itself.... I'm doing a ground pounder setup (bass race)... and i used the Ascendant Audio's woofer and i'm hitting a 149.6db TL at 26Hrtz Your going to love the woofers but just take you time on the amp and the box... I see it all the time.. people buy expensive woofer.. or amp... but goes cheap on the box... 1 out of 3 and wonder what's wrong... Happy Hunting on the amp

That Arc audio amp is nice, i had a co worker that bought nothing but Arc and he loved them because how clean they are, But if you are looking for serious power, and want something different try STETSOM and if you can wait about a 1 1/2 months the new 8KD is coming out, it's already been bench tested and the numbers are crazy! You can always go back to the power full and reliable 7KD.

Wait a month you will see a 8KD, and a few others i believe. That's if you really want a 8K amp.

Why not use the 16V battery and charge them up to 18+ like some i have seen at Finals.. why use 8v.... cost? power? size? amps? i know the volts will be the same if you wire them up right.

Oh yeah, i fixed the wavy part witch i called the high spots, i just waited until it was dry and then did it again to fill in the lows, and then i sanded it, it take time but what a difference, in apperance and sound.

Crack!?!????? why ??? are you doing to fast? too much hardner? I did my S/M 1-2 bandpast and it didn't crack, it was a little wavy because i had to do it upside down, but the more you put on the more you can sand down. My team mate did his and painted red and it came out looking like tits, of course his box was smaller and he can flip his and do his flat, so less sanding but it didn't crack, it's been 8 months and still nothing.

Get it!!! and do it!!! Just take your time , do one side at a time and 1 layer at a time but if you do get drips, don't worry sand it down, witha semi rough , and then sand it again with a 150 - 200 grit. you can make it real smooth like a glass table.

Wow!!!!this is going to be hard because all you going to get is people that love both of them ,that only used 1 or the other, not too many people have used both, the only person that i can think that has used both would be the owner of DC... Rusty Good luck getting a bias answer, i have the DD's and I love how strong they play and how much abuse they take, but that doesn't mean that the DC's won't either. Sorry...his is going to be good.
