Hi Sorry to renew an old thread, but I have knowledge of the Soundstream gear. I currently run with 2x Soundstream SPLX 12s (old series), powering these are 2 x Soundstream STL 1.1200D amps, in this setup I have run a 146.1dB with a drop in box in the trunk of a Ford Escape (baby Explorer), in comp this runs constant 145.2 - 145.6. I have just today purchased 2 x LW 1.2600D amps that I intend on upgrading the 1200D amps with, I have seen these amps strapped into a single 15" with a drop in box do a 150dB in a Toyota wagon.
