Am. staff is a AKC reg pit. Back in the day before dog fight was outlawed the UKC the dogfighting Reg. The Akc didn't want any part of dog fighting so they chanced the name to Am.Staff. The Staff then became show dogs and the pit stay in the fighting ring. The Ukc stop dealing with the dog fighting side in 1976 when they foundly made it illegal. The dog fighter start the Adba short after that. But now adays no one keep track of the dog fighting Champions or Gr.Champion now. Becuase they can be lock up for promoting dog fighting. There are still under ground reg. that still track Champions and shows . But you have to know someone who has been a member for 5 yrs just to reg with them. The ADBA & UKC are really slow with paper work so make sure if you buy online the seller has paper work in hand. Never buy a pup and let them send your paper later. You going to get taken for a ride. And a Dna is a good idea. Some people will sell you some great paper and the pup you get is something form the pound. You are in LA I would try Whiteoak Bitter Kennels. She is a great lady to deal with. Her prices are Alittle high but she sell great dogs. I say get your self a Staff. Pits are great dogs but not for everyone. They need more attn. becuase of there high prey drive. Staffs are better around other animals and are easier to soicalize then a game bred Pit. But do your homework!!! American bulldog and Staff where bred as show dogs. So they where mainly bred for looks. This type of breedings leads to health problems down the road. Buy your pup from a good breeder. Make sure the Stud and the bitch both have had there hipps check. The breeder should have a cert. from the Vet that says they have been check and have a rating of good to excellent. Like most large dog Am.staff and Am. bulldogs sometime have problem with Hip displaquia(sp) and Breathing problem so be sure to get a heath cert from your breeder. Pits really don't have these problem because they have been bred for performace not looks. But like I said they are alittle more work then your avg dog. These porblems may not show up right now but will come with age. This stuff is gentic so if you do your homework on the parent it will save you alot of time & money in the long run. If you need I can get you a list of peolpe that sell Staff and Pits.

I got a kicker L7 15 D4. The specs say it can do 1000 watts rms and 2k max. My first question is this per coil or both . My thinking is per coil. Right now the sub is on a ZX1500.1. So each coil is getting around 750 rms. Now i was wondering if I get a D2 could I hook up a ZX1500 to each coil? (i would use a maxlink) Would these speaker be able to handle that much power. I can't afford a solo x and don't want to change brands and I really don't have room to add a second sub unless I remove the back seat.

I haven't had any problem out of my 15" L7 in 2 yrs and its eating 1500 rms daily. 4 15'L7 should make you happy. I would keep the RF4k amd run it @ 1ohms that would be 1000 rms per sub.

I just find out that one in Roseboro, NC on April 5 at Outlaw Car Audio. Its a 2x points. Don't think i'll be able to make that one. I just had a major set back. So money going to be to low to have the car ready for that one. :mad: May just ride down to see don't know yet.
