Okay, i have a DC level 5 18. I got a rf t2k for pretty great deal. I'm in the beginning of my build and im wondering whats going on with this stupid amp ? My dc is a dual 1 ohm. SO i can wire to 2 ohms or .5... At 2 ohms that amp isnt doing crap to that sub. But i wired to .5 for about 15 mins and it was slamming it. My question is , would it be safe for my amp and also my electrical (which is stock at the moment) be okay ? untill i can do my big 3 when my 50 ft 0 ga comes in ? Extra battery (kinetic HC 2000) . Because the 1500 watts pushing out at 2 ohms is not doing any justice to this amp. I have metered my gain and looked at all the settings. Running 8 gauge speaker wire. i dont know what to do. HELP .

Okay then I'll stay with the 2k then and I'll upgrade my alt. I have big three already and my Box in building is 8 cubic feet tuned @ 35 hertz. Thanks

It imy first experience with DC's. An all I've seen is big size amp pushing mega wattage ! So i was just asking. I didn't pay for my sub ! I trade my 15s for it. And my 15s were my dads old ones. So I didn't spend a dim on it. So yea I can't fork up $500 for a freaking amp

Well I got the dc for a trade of my 2 15s and it don't matter if it's new or used. And the lvl 5's are 2500/5000. I really wanna put like 3500-4000 to it.

I currently have a T2000-1 . I traded my 15" for it. So I got it at a steal. Well I know this 2k will hardly push it. Well what is a good budget amp I can get once I sell this T2k for hopefully 400-425. Any good amp I can get that'll push that dc 18 ?? Thanks guys.

MAX MEASUREMENTS W 30 H 30 D 18

Hey , I just ordered a HDC3 18 to put in my Titan. I plan on putting it on a hifonics bxi2600 untill I get a better amp. I took my back 40% seat out behind my divers side and it's about 30 inches from back to the back of my seat and about 18 inches from side of door to the center "hump" on the floor. Not real sure on what I should do. Should I go sub up port up ? Looking to tune to 35 hertz. Any idea ? Thanks in advance. Looking to get back built before it comes in.
