I really want the AQs because they are cheap for the quality, I would prefer 15s, there's no way to make to 15s work? Max dimension I can go with is 28.5(depth) 44(width) 18(hight). What would be the best AQ hdc3s to throw in that box?

I recently decided to upgrade my system and get 2 AQ HDC315s running off an AQ2200D. I drive an 07 Trailblazer, I need a vented box design for them. The MOST room i have is 44"(W) 18"(H) 26"(D). I want it tuned around 34-35 Hertz. Someone help me out. Also, I cant decide whether to go with the 12s or 15s. Any advice on this? I think the 15s would have plenty of space, but ive never ran AQ before so im not really sure.. someone help me out please.

Hell yeah! You've convinced me bro! I'm gonna buy 2 hdc315s and an AQ2200D. Do the AQ speakers have coaxial? All I could find is components and I only want components in the front, I may jus do the components in front and back. Where can I get a 4 channel AQ amp at? I can't find it anywhere

lol yes no one can tell you which woofer would be louder than another. i know i kind of contradicted myself right there though I realize that, I meant when they are both in the ideal enclosure, I'm not jus gonna throw them in some prefab box.. Lol. My L5s hit hard as hell right now because of the box and good wiring and electrical upgrades, assuming I got HDC315s they'd have just the same electrical upgrades(if not more) in the correct box, I've never heard the hdc3s, but they seem like really nice subs, just wanted an opinion from someone who's heard both

I plan on running them off an AQ2200D and an AQ4channel for the mids n highs, I just don't know if there's any other subs that can produce louder sound for the price, I've never owned anything but kicker, but their voice coils suck and I just want some better quality stuff

I'll have the AudioQue 4 channel. I'm considering two pairs of either AudioQue components or DD.

I have two kicker L515s right now, I plan on upgrading in the near near future but I can't make up my mind. I really have my eyes set on the AudioQue HDC3 15 (2 of them) and An AQ2200D. I will be replacing all of my mids and highs too and could use some advice on that as far as what to get. Open to different suggestions/ advice. Thanks

I just don't want to use Ys and cut the voltage in half, I have 2 4v preouts, id have to use a Y on one the rear/sub preout and in turn wouldn't that make my subs not hit as hard? Could I use a 2 way crossover going from the front preout on My HU to the crossover and run the lpf to the door sub amp and the hpf to the 4 channel, then use the rear/sub preout on my HU and go straight to the amp?

But the third amp can't be running on a hpf because it's powering the subs in my doors, how would I work with that? Just turn it all the way down and use the crossover on the amp?

How would I want to run the rcas through the crossover? My headunits preouts have a front output and a rear/sub out put. Right now I have the front running to the 4 channel and the rear/sub to the mono. I'm adding a 300 watt mono to power the subs in my doors.

I guess what I mean to ask is would a crossover be better to get then using my amps outputs?

I have two preouts on my headunit but I need to install a third amp, The third amp I want to install is a mono amplifier to power the mid-bass drivers in my doors, only bass. Not the full range speakers. could I use the output off of the amp powering my subs? Help please. Never put over 2 amps in my car before so this is new to me.

It's an 11zx1500.1 I was reading about this a while back to make sure and i found that its gain control, I could be wrong though, it is the Internet...

It says 0 to 11 on it the same as the numbers for the gain on my amp.

I'm pretty sure this knob is a gain knob and not a bass boost, it doesn't go past the limit set on my amplifiers gain

Absolutely. Try that and post back what your voltage is I got the same reading almost exactly.
