  1. I have a 7.5k and was planning to do a 4th order also. So would you guys suggest not to use the level 5 m2s or would they be fine?
  2. Thanks alot you dont know how much i appreciate this man. Thank you again if ii have any other questions ill let you know. Thanks
  3. Wouldn't the L port measurements change now that the width of the port is 5.75? And yeah i would really appreciate it of you can redo the sketchup with the updated width and port wideness being 5.75 please? Also where it says the vb is 6 cubes, thats after port displacement right? Thank you i really appreciate it
  4. My other problem is that when i usually cut wood for my vehicle. Is that a sheet of wood is 49 x 97. So i leave all my cuts at 49in so when i add the sides that go on the outside of the top and bottom sheets, that's what adds for it to be at 50.5 at the width for the extra 1.5 inch from the sides. If i cut the wood how it says on your cut out sheet then I'll have to get more wood
  5. Id there any way to keep the depth of the box at 16 in.? That's my max space i got to work with on the depth and what's the height of the port and the length with the width being 5.25 in.?
  6. The measurements with the subs facing up that goes with depth of the box are 50.5W x 19H x 16D and those are the external dimensions which give me 7.19 cubes before displacement so how much sq.in. should be fine for that size box and tuned to 33hz?
  7. So I'm gonna give each 15 3cu.ft. after displacement. The subs and port are gonna be facing up. Port on driver aside and subs on passenger side. My depth of the box is 16 in so the subs fit perfect. The port facing up is gonn be next to the sub so the height is gonna be 14.5 inch subtracting the 1.5 in from the .75 in of the wood. My question is should i make my port wider our smaller cause i don't want too much port noise and how long should it be to tune it to 33 hz. The box total volume is about 7 cubes so if any one can help i would really appreciate it. Thanks.
  8. These are the outside measurements which is. Wide 50.5in.in. depth 16in. height i can go up to 32in. And its a nissan pickup ext. Cab. Let me know if its better subs up and port up or subs up port towards the driver side. Recommended space they ask for is 3.25 cu.ft. but im also overpowering the sub. Thanks
  9. Hey guys i have 2 dc audio level 4 m2 15s and a mtx te4001d amp. Want a ported box for musical so tuned around 32-34 hz and that would still be ok to get some ok spl scores and its going on a mini ext. Cab truck. Any help i really appreciate it thanks
  10. So whem you over power and make the box smaller does the port get bigger?
  11. So im hearing from people that when you really over power a sub then you go with a smaller box but I have also seen that people use huge boxes for also over powering by alot so how does that work
  12. I ordered 2 15 inch DC audio level 4 m2 dual 1 ohms to run with an Mtx te4001d. The new m2 are rated at 1400 rms and 2800 peak. their gonna be receiving about 1800 rms per woofer. My question I seen people make a daily set up with 2 12s hitting around 147 to 149dbs. With your giys suggestion would it be possible to hit those numbers on a low hert daily set up woth those 2 15s.. And hopefully doing a little hairtrick? What box size do you guys recommend to give them woth the amount of power im using. Oh yeah their gonna be in a Nissan hardbody ext. Cab. have upgrated alternator and 4 yellow top batteries and big three upgrade. thanks for your suggestions.
  13. Any of those should be fine. being on a budget sometimes has limits on products you can get but any those amps should be fine. Good luck
  14. How much power are you gonna be playing with?
  15. I heard they were out of all XL, level 5 and 6 cause of SBN
