what is a port cross-sectional area ratio fault? what should be kept 9:1 I'm confused now...please explain this before i make any adjustments.thanks

guys the box can only face one direction and that's forward, this is in a Honda Civic so work with me here the low pass filter on the amp is set to 250 the subsonic is set to 20hz I checked the impedance of all the subs when wired together an it measured 1.something well the wire i used isn't the best of wire kinda thin but cud this cause a problem? also i used a crossover in this system so I'm guessing ill have to post the setting on that as well? so u guys are saying that these specs ok ?

Hey guys i built a box using torrez and well its not sounding as i expected so im wondering if i did something wrong its not hitting the low notes well what did i do wrong?pleas help me fix it
