  2. If you call them or email them you will get a much faster answer to your question
  3. i was asking you, it seems to me that it would make it easier to do it with the door off but thats just me
  4. i can imagine how much of a pain in the ass it is. my friend has a fish tape that i could use but idk when hes gonna be home so i was just looking for other suggestions. im not sure if the longest zip tie would be long enough
  5. hey guys, i just bought some new door speakers and need some advice on how to run the wires through the door frame/boot tubing. my car is a 2004 taurus se and the speakers are rf t1862 if that helps.
  6. Lol the wires were blue on the picture so I assumed they were 1/0
  7. Option 1 wouldn't really work because the amp only accepts up to 4 gauge
  8. One more question, would a 230a alt be okay for my amp with stock battery or would I need a better one? Such as xs?
  9. I never thought of size adapters though thanks guys. But the only reason I suggested the distribution block is because I will be adding another amp soon and getting some mids and highs to replace the doors. Just slowly piecing my system together as I get the money. I'm ordering a h/o alt soon
  10. I am running an hfi2000d that I got for a steal brand new
  11. Okay, so I am going to run some 1/0 wire from my battery to my trunk to replace my 4 gauge because as all of you know, 4 gauge cannot supply enough juice for a 2k amp. So I plan to run the 1/0 to a distribution block then run the 4 gauge to the amp because it only accepts 4 gauge or smaller. So my question is, do I fuse the wire within a foot of the battery AND fuse the 4 gauge after the distribution block? Thanks!
  12. It's good to see such a great product getting the recognition it deserves
  13. You have to email support for SS to get that taken care of, I don't think Jon can help you with that.
