My pops work just throws stuff out that barely has anything wrong with it. Oh its got a scratch lets buy a new one haha so we go pick it up and were supposed to dump it off at the trash but fuck that lol.... Omega ya thats how the shops do my friend works at one and i used to go sit up there and chill and help him a little and what goes on behind the scenes is ridiculous lol. Ya we got a little on the dash but its a work truck and i didnt hurt anything, the doors is no power in them at all the only thing is those crappy stock 6.5s in the door. But its very clean now. should be soon ive had to work on that truck to sell it so i can get some money back from buying it. Should be soon maybe today or tmw ill have the doors fiberglassed, im also in the works of painting my streetbike so its a couple projects i got going on lol. Ill post pics of the bike when i get it in, i just bought a airbrush gun so ive got some major things in works for it and the truck as far as airbrush custom stuff.

ive worked under the hood since i was 8 i am 22 now still a yungin but love to work on cars,under them, in them doesnt matter. I can work on anything with wheels ive worked on motorcycles, atvs, dirtbikes, mopeds whatever. Taken motors apart on all of them and put them back, I love getting dirty and you can make so much money by just knowing what is wrong and tax people a little but a shop holy hell theyll tax the hell out of you for a 30 min job that theyll say takes 4 hrs blah blah blah lol. all in all its a good skill to learn... Oh hell ya and im a smart ass shopper lol i find hella deals but mines might be a little too hot for a couple peoples liking lol. I aint a thief no more but just know where to go n who to call lol

hell ya last car i bought was a 98 grand am for 200 dollars i swear the only thing wrong with it was the head gasket was blown it had 80,000 miles on it. paint was meh but after a good waxing it was all gravy... brough it home by dragging it with my pops truck with flat tires all i heard was bitching for a month about what a piece of shit it was lol i put about 100 dollars in it done all the work myself and sold it at the end of the month for 2000 flat lol

man i swear females just dont have no imagination at all they see something for what it is, not for what it can be lol i say this because me n my pops recently bought a truck for a steal and cleaned it out. While we were cleaning it out my moms got in a huge arguement about why i was cleaning it like that lol smdh yall might laugh at this but it was the only way to clean it up there was about an inch of mud underneath the carpet but it was that type of hard mat type of carpet. I know this may have been covered and this is my first time covering my whole door panel and fiberglassing it. So the question is do i have to remove all the vinyl shit on the door, or can i just ruff it up with sandpaper, i have a staple gun so i know i can stick to it with some glue. So would it be safe to just ruff it up as said? or do i have to remove all that bullshit vinyl? if so how do i do that? heat it up and pull it or what? the door panel in question is this one. I know it might look ruff but it'll look good after covered

ya i know i am going to have to remove that vinyl shit or drill alof of holes in it so the fiberglass will stick. I might be able to get by with scuffing it up real good but i dont know exactly if that will work. Ok i took a solder gun and unsolderd the plastic on the bottom where it was plastic welded so i should be able to do the same on the top up there just didnt know what kind of product would work best as to bond it back together or if i could heat the plastic up and get it back in there. Thanks for all the help everybody i am waiting on my new air staple gun to get here then ill be ready.

ok that wats up ya the top aint removeable less i melt the plastic back and pull it off then put it back on somehow. anybody got ideas how after i melt the plastic apart to put it back together?

im asking should i glass the whole door or just the lower section lol. Thats all i really need to know i just dont want to have to do extra work if i stopped at the bottom with fiberglass then it looks all effed up....

I had some mofos bout 3 years ago my first system and they wammed in my bmw. Then i bought my 87 caprice and dropped them in there for a little bit and they were mean. But with that much trunk space any sub coulda wammed. I swear i coulda put about 5 bodies in there with my subs lol

a lc1 goes inbetween the rca's homie, it doesnt matter that you have a telephone jack with a knob. And the y splitters are for the rcas too, i have never done the method your talking about but in theory it could possibly work. but you never know if the cord they run on is the same wires ran in the y splitter. So i think it would work as long as the wires in the y splitter are the same as the ones in the knob. so just buy a 2 female in and 1 male out and put it on the back of the knob and plug in the others.

this is the door i am going to fiberglass, as stated above i dont want to have any flaws in it. before i fiberglassed the bottom and changed my mind so now i am wondering if i should do the whole door or just above the supertweeters. What do yall think. Ray you think i should do the whole door then wrap it?

ok i thought thats what i could do but didnt know about it cuz vinyl has no backing but i just thought about putting maybe an 1/8 inch foam on the back of the vinyl so it will be the same but i dont know if that'll work ive never wrapped anything.

i have built my door panels but am wondering if i only fiberglass halfway up can i wrap them in vinyl and not be able to tell where i stop fiberglassing? or should i fiberglass my whole door panel and then wrap it so it will be done fully? im kind of a perfectionist and have a little ocd towards that so i am jw what is the correct way and will show the best outcome? trying to get them done tonight maybe tomorrow so some info will help

i can get 6s with tires for under 2 bands brand new. Check ebay for the cheapest price, as far as google. I know i picked up some brand new 28s with tires for 4 bands and they were bad ass. So i know damn well you can get em for atleast 1600 with tires. I had a caprice with 4's on it priced a set of tires from firestone in my hometown they wanted 2000 dollars for i forget the name and brand but they were good tires, found em on the internet brand new bought all 4 for 800 dollars. You have to do research.

ok i am going to be painting my truck soon maybe a month, 2 or 3 months. I painted my mustang before a metallic green which came out good, but with this truck i want it a cocaine white. Just a sexy ass cocaine color, i have not found a white base close to what i want yet, although ive found house of kolor white ice pearl which will pop any white i put it on. My question is does anybody know the correct color for "cocaine white" also does anybody know how to paint on the ice pearl? ive read i put it in my clear and do 2 extra coats of clear with no pearl in it. That way you can cut and buff without having to worry about cutting into your ice pearl flakes. Any tips or tricks to painting id like to hear to... I aint a pro at painting but i kinda know what im doing lol. I got a devilbiss spray gun, im thinking of buying another one to paint the pearl with, What kinda guns for the money would yall recomend?
