Hard to say tbh. If you do the box right, get the most power you can w/o clipping and you sound deaden everything I would guess over 150db but really you won't know until you try it.

Blue Magic wheel polish does wonders for my chrome rims now and it also worked great on my American Racing aluminum rims i had on my other truck...it takes a lillte elbow grease but it's well worth it!!!!

Ok just found a owners manual on it. Orion says it needs a 2 cu ft. box if it is to be sealed or a 1.5 cu ft. boz if it is vented...also says the port tuning frequency should be 40hz...so if I do this I am thinking i'd definetly go vented for spl right? most ppls spl systems i have seen are vented... am I right? sealed=punchy bass where as vented=low consistant bass? I built my box for my RE sub (its sealed)so I am gonna try to build this too if i can lol i definetly wont get a prefab not for a beast like this anyways... but if i need anyhelp along the way i'll talk to dave. thx

Ok I will look into those I saw the subwoofer and I was like oh wow! But ok I will probably go that route then...big 3, extra battery and sell the amp and get a better amp...ok cool what do you guys think a 12" HCCA can do in a regular cab truck (SPL)... just real rough ballpark do you think ill get into the 140's just ballpark I know it's impossible to actually know until I term-lab it...

Great thx so if the amp is rated 3,500rms you really dont think it can do even 2,000rms then? lol and in summary basically look into additional batterys, read older posts and skip upgrading alternator and definetly skip caps right? and thx a ton bro!

Hi everyone! I am brand new to this forum and I am glad I can be a part of it! THANKS IN ADV. FOR YOUR HELP! I saw a Orion HCCA 12" and a 3,500wrms Kole amp for sale...anyways the price is right but I am not sure what I need to do to power this beast... It is just a stock alternator now and just a regular battery. Do I need a new alternator, battery and/or capacitors? I am newer to car audio and I would like to do this as cheap as I can. lol Oh, now I have a RE AUDIO SRx12-D2 12" subwoofer in a sealed box on a crossfire vr402 amp in a regular cab truck. It is pushing 300wrms and I think it pounds pretty good! (but nothing like the hcca i hear). So what kind of a difference in sound can I expect?
