  2. they will be powered by 2 rockford t 1000 bdcp for now. going into a acura integra hatch. measurements are as followed width is 30 inches length is 50 max seeing the backseat is out height is 14 willing to pay for help if needed
  3. So after getting this box built and everything adjusted I have noticed one sub moving more then the other. I have checked the output voltage of each amp and it is within 1 volt. I checked polarity of the sub that seems not too move as much and its correctly wired. I even switched amps on the subs to make sure it was not an amp issue. After pulling my hair out I took it to a shop today and they seem to think since the port has no divider that is the problem. If anyone has any tips or experience with something like this I am all ears
  4. Went out and bought a shuriken bt45 and got it in voltage drop is around 13.6 at idle. Readjusted the gains also and everything is running great.
  5. I am working on the electrical and I will reset and adjust everything using -5 track.
  6. Subs are level 3. I used track 7 to tune with. They are on a rockford T1000 each at 1 ohm. Voltage drop is around 11.4 at the wrost.
  7. Jesus thats an amazing car. What does chicken have planned for sound upgrades if any?
  8. Going by birth sheets and the formula you posted my 220 amp alt is not enough for my car. I wanna scream right now. I guessed the effiency of my rf amps at 60% because I did not know for sure on them
  9. That makes me feel better. I have tried to go hard but my present electrical issue is preventing me so maybe it is not so bad that the damn breaker is popping.
  10. Thanks alot my friend did the install but he worked hard getting it done
  11. Gains are set with a dd1 as is the head unit. My question is am I suppose to get a smell from the subs right now when they are being played. I know their is a break in period but is this normal? I have a few electrical issues to work out so as of now I can not go full tilt. Also how long is the break in peroid. I just do not feel like screwing my subs up.
  12. Volt meter Fuse and ground distro and noise filters Wires routed into position Amps being positioned Subs
  13. Finished deadning the trunk power wire ready Punch EQ and rca's ready Wires in hatch ready to go Making template for new hatch floor Tracing and Cutting template out
  14. Just ordered 2 mini anl holders from knu and we will be checking the ground tomorrow.
  15. Gains are set with dd-1. I will try a new ground. I know when it was just one t1000 I never had an issue so just assumed it was ok.
  16. Can you be a bit more specific. Do you mean I am trying to push too much though it? Would that pop my breaker? Can you be a bit more specific please.
  17. Ok but if I am popping the breaker would I not blow the same rating fuse and we wire brushed the bracket in spare tire well for a ground. It was bare metal with a brand new bolt holding the ring terminal. That being said I assume my ground is fine at least I hope. Also big 2 up front (grounds) done in the knu premium 1/0 as is the ground in the rear.
  18. So I have an xs power d 5100 mechman 220 amp alt and knu cca 1/0. I have 2 rockford T1000's and a T400.4 using a 300amp circuit breaker. The problem is I am not getting anywhere near full tilt without the breaker popping. Is my electrical not up to par or do I need another run of power wire? I am just stumped on where to go from this point so I would appreciate all advice on what to do.
  19. Lol I just keep imagining that poor osb blowing apart
