hello guys and gals, i read the fuse and wire sticky up top about 10 or so times and still alittle confussed. im running 0 gauge wire all the way back to a d3400 so i was going to stick a 250 up front and another 250 in the back towards the d3400, then go from the d3400 battery to the amp with a 100 amp fuse. does that sound correct? running 2 hifionics brutus amps. 2400.1 @ 1 ohm. non strapped. so i'll have 2 power wires coming from the d3400 to the amps. fuse on each wire. thanks for your time and answers. joshua

yeah your most likely right or it just wasnt hooked up yet, never hurts to ask tho. wasnt trying to cause any arguement or anything. was just more curious then anything. i really need to quit looking at pics trying to figure shit out when im so tired.

not anymore. They wouldnt let me keep them to play with. noticed in my first post about the coil being wired up, i wasnt very clear on what i was asking. was so tired when i made it. on the left coil i see 2 grounds and no grounds hooked up on the right coil, so im trying to figure out where the other ground is running to if its not hooked up to the right coil. sorry if im just being dumb but im just trying to learn alittle bit more. maybe the picture just doesnt show the right coil ground hooked up.

I guess in the pics it isn't hooked up to the other coil yet cause I zoomed in on it and didn't see it hooked up

hey steve, on the pics of the subs being wired up i see that you have to grounds on the left side but not 2 on the right coil, where is the other ground running 2? and what ohms are you running that SMD at? thanks joshua

Yea I was wondering the same thing. What structure purpose is there to fiberglassing the inside or are u just using the mdf as a template to fiberglass then remove mdf to have a fiberglass box but wouldn't the sound waves be all messed up in one? Not trying to sound retarded, just never seen a inside fiberglass box before. Help me out here Steve.

all that matters in the end is if you take pride in it and know it looks good. everybody should have pride in there own work unless u think 2+2=5

ive had 2 treo TSX 12's, then went to 2 treo TE's and fixing to go to 2 treo SSX subs. i like them myself. but before treo all i had is walmart pioneer subs ( yes they sucked).. ive had nothing but good come from there subs imo but i dont have much to compare too. my buddy has switched from treo to q power subs. at one time he had 4 treo 10's in a focus. i think termlab got it at 140db (ish). been so long so i cant remember fully. my current build is 2 treo SSX 12.22 to 5000 watts at 1 ohm. as for price. there not overpriced from the dealer i buy them from. what price are you guys paying for them? maybe im just to fresh in to the "real" sub world.
