  1. i have a single ab hd12d2 ill trade for them
  2. if you run your hand cross my suede i run my hand cross your face lol i love it!!!!!!
  3. yeah jusw get it down to the surface you want to cover and put 1\4" foam first and then sued over it. you can do it on pretty much anything. doors, deck lids, roof panels dashboards. anything.... and it will be cheaper and easier then trying to find foam backed sued. but just my 2 cents
  4. ill check. the kid that traded it to me for a lanzar 0 gauge power wire is now gonna trade me a crunch ground power 2000.1d thats in better condition so ill just do that and sell it to get an 8" sub of some sort. prolly a sa 8 or maye 2 ab 8s next to the hd 12
  5. oh you mean unregulated compressor air is bad idea. yeah i get what your saying. i was careful not to disrupt anything. but could dust cause this to make that noise
  6. yea one amp would run 750 watts rms at 2 ohms (tma) and the other runs 1000 watts rms at 2 ohms (jx) so they would get uneven power supplied to them. if there in separate boxes you should be all good. but in the same box, idk if that will be a good idear. if you have them in the same air space\ box then you would want them powered by the same amp and signal
  7. IDK i didnt put it right up to it and blast it lol. i just blew it over the top of it to get all the dust out. Why is the compressor a nono? i use it to blow out my pc case all the time with no problems
  8. well i checked everything and it looked good. so i blew it out with the compressor and it was dusty as shit lol. but i think that was the problem all the dust. its really just a feint high pitched noise.
  9. it was running at 2 ohms two single voice coil 4 ohm power bass subs. havent tried 1 ohm or 4 ohm
  10. Ding ding. I've noticed on a majority of the amps that I've tuned with the DD-1, when the clip indicator turns on on the DD-1, I can hear a squeal coming from the amp. Back off the gain, clip light goes of, squeal goes away. How did you tune your amp? i didnt tune it really, i just plugged it in to see if it worked, it doesnt make the noise for like a min or so after i turn it on
  11. I was just about to suggest seeing if it does it at a lower gain setting. It could also be capacitor whine. Sometimes older caps start making audible noises during their charge/discharge process. it doesnt do it right away. im thinking its the caps on there. its not set high enough to clip and even when theres no music playing it still has the noise
  12. my amp is making a high pitched noise. its not audible through the speakers, but the amp it self is making the noise. any ideas on what it can be? it still bumps the subs so im not sure what it could be. the board was dusty so i blew it off and the noise stopped until i blew on it again lol. maybe its just really dusty or something?
  13. If you go to klausaudio.com and act like you want to buy a box. You can enter the size and what you want it tuned at. Then before checkout you can click on view blueprints and it will give you them for free
  14. Im mot sure what it is. The rca leads from the circuit board to the rcas terminals had disconected. So i reconnected them but the amp is now making a weird high pitched whine buzz noise. But it still pushes the subs so Im mother sure
  15. Just looking to see if anyone wants to trade some nice 8" subs for my American bass hd12d2. Let me know
