Run it to your battery, not any speaker terminals or the like.

That wattage on the remote lead doesn't really matter does it? As long as it is hot? I got plenty of rockers to work with. Not as far as I could ever tell. As long as it's 12v you're fine.

I'd suggest getting a converter like everyone else. As far as your remote lead, I would go ahead and install a rocker switch somewhere and use that to turn the amp on and off.

If it was mine I'd leave it lowered like it is and put on the Cragars like he wants. Cragar SS' would look amazing on that truck. Then give it a bitchin' system. And a 454 as well.
