right now with the stereo up full tilt the voltage will drop to 12.8 or so but thats without my headlights on and the 130 amp alternator.

95 mustang stock electrical and alternator (130 amp) im going to be doing the big 3 upgrade and switching to a 200 amp alternator in the next week or so. which battery should i use as a secondary for my stereo? currently running a RF prime 1200.1 and RF prime 250.4 im pretty happy with this setup and if anything i may goto a bigger or punch series amp for my mids and highs...right now at full tilt my voltage drop is from 14.6 to 12.8 at idle and barely drops to 13.6 at full rpm.

two twelves will be your best bet and the easiest way to get the box in is to remove the back seat and slide it thru the opening into the trunk. if you go thru the trunk opening you will be stuck using a smaller box. if the mustang has the mach460 system you will also need to remove it to get a properly sized box in the trunk unless you plan on making fenderwell boxes out of fiberglass. with the mach460 sound board installed you only have i think 11 inchs of box height.
