  2. Finished this for a girl here in town yesteday.... Alpine CDA 117 Alpine PDX M12 Alpine PDX F4 Hertz ESK 165.4 Hertz ECX 165.4 Kicler L7 10 (she already had) Still have to cut the plexi Speed of Sound logo for the top of the box.

  4. Sometimes a flexing baffle actually enforces the bass instead of being a loss. Especially on really low frequencies. Also if its really flexing that bad, just toe nailing and gluing the dowel at the bottom, it will eventually break loose. But no, it wont affect airflow unless its really close to the port.

  7. Panel saws are cool but a table saw with a 50" Biesemeyer fence is ALOT more useful and practical.

  13. You would only get alot of gain if you were shifting the tuning of the enclosure closer to the resonant frequency of your car. What frequency does your car peak at?

  15. You obviously dont know Eliminator boats. Its more like 3/4" and I walk across it to get in the boat without it flexng. Im not a "small" guy.
