My friend is running a 16 v setup in his jeep. If we hook his amp up to a 12v battery and set the gain with a regular DD-1 and then switch it back to his 16v system the amp will still be properly gained right? Trying to not buy the DD-1 hv if we don't have to

My battery had a resting voltage of 12.59 today and it hasn't been charged in about 5 days with an agm charger. It has been charged by a regular charger before and ran inline with a regular led acid battery. Do you think it's damaged ? Or if it can hold a load and at worst sit at 12.59 it's prolly ok? A good load test would be to try and start your car alone with it right?

Can an xs1200 be charged on an agm charger at 2/4/6 amps and be ok? Or is 15 just the max?

I bought a DD-1 and I've set all of my gains properly, I just want to gain match my amps and set everything else popey, does anyone rent these on here?

On my pioneer head unit the iPod USB hookup is a lot louder than when playing a cd. I don't run any bass/treble boosters on my iPod or head unit. Could I rip the tracks off the cd and put them on my iPhone and still set my gains correctly with the dd.1? Thanks, kyle
