ya if you have the subs up and on that ledge i know there isnt much room from the ledge to the glass (atleast not in my 94 and i think its the same in the newer bodys) and there might not be enough clearance from the port to the glass.

is the box sittin on the legde thats right behind the seat or is it going in the part that dips way down?

i looked at that one in the store. it seemed really flimsy and cheap to me.

when you have been waiting 4 days for an order to arrive. finally call the place and they say the ring terminals i have ordered dont exist because the model number changed. but they have the same thing just with a different model number and ask if i would like those instead. DUH!!! now i have to wait 3 more days for them to get here. FUCK THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont really like them either except for this one...... The interior is all custom and he just dropped built LS1 in it. its pretty damn fast.

this is for my friends 97??? 4 door silverado. Right now hes got 2 racing seats up front and the stock seats in the back....so as soon as he gets the racing seats for the back the console will be extended all the way to the back of the cab and it will house some subs and amps. Couldnt find the camera yesterday but i took some pics this morning of what i did yesterday. incase anyone is wondering the notch on the left side of the box is for the 4x4 lever thats mounted on the ground.

alright well i dont have any build pics cuase i only had 45ins to build this box and install it....i managed to snap a few pics before it got carpeted but couldnt get any after i finished that. Anyways this box was built for one of my girls close friends. It went into a 72 c10 and was installed in the middle of the seat (by her request / besides the fact that there was no where else it could really go till i fiberglass her a center consol). I dont really know what the sub in the picture is all i know is that it is an older polk audio sub that handles around 300 rms (or atleast thats what i was told) Anyways that sub will be replaced tomorrow by an RF P3. The setup even with the polk sub really surprised me. It was pretty damn loud. it got the back window flexin pretty good but it was dark so i couldnt really see what else was movin. ill try to get some vids once the rockford goes in. sprayed bedlinner in the port for some reason it looks brown in this pic i know its not perfect but i think it came out ok for the time limit i had

alright i guess ill have to look into that more then......i would really like to keep everything all rockford (with the exception of the Fi's) anyways. my 4 component sets and the 8's in the doors and 10 in the console will all be rockford anyways.....thanks for the help

ya well the x7 is $450 on ebay so thats out. and i could only find 1 1501Bd and that is to bid on.....i think i would rather just get new amps so that i hopefully wont have to worry about anything going wrong with them.....plus i have this thing about having all my amps match and then i would need to find 2 oldschool 4 channels and a 2 channel that matched.

and idk what ohm they are going to be yet.....i set the money for the subs a side and im not gonna order them till i get my amps so i can get the amps i want and not have to worry about not being able to get an amp cuase it doesnt match the subs ohm load.

no didnt really consider that....i looked on ebay at some older rockford stuff and couldnt find anything in my price range. have any suggestions for places to look???????

alright i think i changed my mind again.
