most know that i have a 99 crown vic. i am trying to put a fold out dvd deck in it but i have a problem the dash comes out over the deck about 6 inches and when my screen folds out it hits that lip and cant fold up all the way. i have seen on other forums where people move the ac unit up to where the deck is and puts the dvd player where the ac unit is. i asked a few people how they did it but they will not tell me. is there anybody on here that knows? or is there anybody in the sac area that can do it if so how much?

another question i know how to install a regular deck is it the same on this? it has the red,yellow,black,remote, and the 4 speakers then the dvd player has a neg and pos. and the rca to connect to the deck. can i run the power and the ground together on the deck and dvd player?

ok never mind i found my dvd player was under a box. does any know how to bypass it the brake thing so i can watch dvds while driving?

ok my car was broken into and some stuff was stolen so i had to replace some stuff i had my old deck in my garage. its a alpine cva1004 but im not sure if i lost some stuff that went to it. does any body know ? i have the deck and the wires but i cant remember if it needs an external dvd changer or if the dvd player is built on?

they should let you guys keep the u.s money to split for busting your asses finding it.

what ever you do dont go to the best buy in natomas. my alarm is all f ed up and i cant get them to fix it even though it has warranty,

i had to have the neighbor help. by time i heated the connector picked up the gun and started to heat the solder it was cold wasted 4 before i called him out

my brothernlaw was telling me that there is a guy that is a teacher at uti that claims he won 1st place in 90-95 with a 50 watt mono block soundstreame amp that he says was putting out 1,000 watts i know his last name is avent but he thinks the first name was steve. does anybody know of this or is it b/s
