been doing some searching at Rf 15" subs. and i cant decide what i want. i want them as cheap as possible but to sound good. my friend found 2 rf punch subs.....not sure if they are stage 1 or 2 for 150 bucks...without shipping. and i wanted to know if it was a good deal or not. he found em on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/rockford-fosgate-15-su...sspagenameZWDVW anyone have experience with these? are they any good?

the sub box he has in his car now is 2.5cubic feet sealed....but the plexi on the back flexes so much it rattles the shit outta it and makes it sound horrible. he needs demensions for a box that would be good for them.

ok. i think im gonna save up 280 bucks now and buy a nice amp. cuz i got both the alpines in there and its loud.. but i NEED it louder lol. i didnt drop 60 bucks on making a new box for nuttin lol im gonna use it! but i do have a ? how do i hook a mono amp up to 2 subs? i never really understood that. cuz im used to useing 2 channel amps

i just installed my 2 12" type r's into my intrepid. into a L ported enclosure which i tuned 2 33hz. and the pyramid 2600 watt amp i have (got it for free i know its a shitty amp) pushes them ok. they are getting like 150 watts rms each. and i know they can take more than the recomended 500 easily. for i need some opinions on a amp that puts out at LEAST 1000 watts RMS ( 500 each sub ) at 4 or 1 ohm (they are dual 4 ohm subs). i want to find a decent amp that will do that for the LOWEST possible price so i can start saving for it and have a rough idea on how much to save so.... anyone have any ideas?

lol, if the aplines are gonna be louder and last me longer....shit ill deffinately keep them. im in the process of making a new box for them. ill have the complete build up 2morow for those of u who wanna watch it and check it out. im gonna paint the box to match the interior paint of my car and the rim color should be nice lookin. even puttin a alpine custom logo i made on it.

anyone have any expirience with these things? i wanted a 15" sub or 2 and my friend works for a audio store and told me he can get me a discount on them. just wanted to know how good they are and would they be better than my 2 12" type R's or not. he said he can get them for me ( 2 15" MOFOs ) for $134 each. anyone think that they would be better than what i got? or think they are a good woofer?

yea...but the t1s alone are 300+ bucks lol. so i would need to save like another 300 for mdf amp and other stuff.... thats why i asked whats out there for 15s or maybe a 18 that i could get that would be louder than what i have and i wouldnt really have to save money to get.
