  1. 3MI use it for production use molds for multiple daily pulls....3 stagesStage 1 (compound)Stage 2 (medium compound)Stage 3 (finish compound)
  2. My experiences are with TBI spacers on 4.3's & V-8 conversions on astro vans (yes they fit,but its close!!).Current types are Power Towers with a swirl bore.I do see a more linear gain in torque.
  3. I used to work in the battery buisness & I did my share of 1/0 - 4/0 cable building for multiple battery banks. We used both crimping/soldering.Most terminal ends are basic copper, some brass, some titanium coated,& magnesium coated....All serving a certain purpose,IE: commercial banks, marine,& automotive.I have had seperation failure with soldered ends due to high heat & large amperage pulls (well over 2000 amps) on a carbon pile load test.I have also had crimp failure due to incorrect crimp GA to cable configuration. Both methods work sufficiently if built correctly.
  4. Ive searched as well & came up with those perameters you mentioned.Im off for 10 days now so perhaps I'll begin building,we'll see with this smokin hot weather,I'd rather be at the beach.
