    I strip mine just to where it sits flush to the top of the ring terminal opening, over shooting the strands out the top looks unprof., nice flush solder joint and once cooled I pull test them.

    Considering the 295 is Nvidia flagship video card, who cares if its 155% faster than the 285. Seems like a decent card but nvidia will run them down again, it never ends.

    General theory for gain in SPL is higher tune and bigger port. From that picture im not sure not 100% sure what the heck you got going on there.
