MaX
So Im getting ready to put a new system in and Im having some trouble with powering my amp I recently had my AQ 2200 repaired(manufacturer's defect of broken RCA input), so I hook everything up thinking that im going to just leave my box and amp ready until I order my new BTL, and BAM, no power(or no lights on the amp) so I unplug everything, and hook my amp up to a modded computer supply just to verify that it indeed does work since the repair and wallah full power, so this tells me its obviously my wiring The problem lies in which wire, I tested my remote voltage, and im getting some, I know my main power works (+12v, as anytime I ground it, it sparks like insane) and i tried moving my ground to different location, and still nothing so Im at a loss, I need your guys opinions on where my problem would lie The only thing that I can come up with is my remote is slightly disconnected from the h/u or my ground isnt grounding correctly any ideas? <div align='center'>03 RAV4 18" DC Level 4 XL Knukonceptz 1/0 gauge AudioQue 2200D 6.25 cubic foot box tuned to 32 hz DB Linc 200 Amp H/O ALT 1/0 BIG III</div>
Rebel4055
You touch your power wire to the chassis?? Please say I took that wrong. Sounds like a blown fuse on the power line. Or the remote is messed, try jumping power from the +12 to the remote. Rest In Peace mother. Rebel4055
I mean, when i put the power wire into the amp it sparks lol Well just for future reference, take out the fuse before putting the power wire in. Do what I said with the remote wire, take a jump wire from +12 to the remote on the amp. Rest In Peace mother. korey_hofer
it will always spark your just seeing the electrons jump from a hot wire to a dead spot. but it does sound like a dead fuse if it didn't spark other wise sounds like amp previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme. I talk shit on other forums like a little bitch and hope i don't get caught out on the street.
