nogoslow Posted February 11, 2011 Report Share Posted February 11, 2011 I am pretty sure it is a GL-5 rated oil, same as rearend gear oil. If you still have the owners manual it will have it listed in there. Been a few years since I was a certified GM Technician but if memory serves me right that is what it uses. Like I said I have been out of the shop for a few years so correct me if I am wrong, got me re-thinking this now just had a tooth pulled and my mind is not clear right now.
