meade916
Just a question, but how do you have 0 rise? Not trying to be a smartass, it just seems lately everyone talks about box rise constantly lately. who said i didnt have 0 rise LOL.....i mean come on im not a dumb ass im just going by the RMS ratings on the amps of course the rise will reduce it. My mids/high amps are not cranked completely out either so technically its not blaring 20000+ watt sine wave. Music is dynamic so no matter what its not going to be the 23k. The way see it, its on the box, its not peak, its RMS ratings so thats all im really sayin. See the problem is some people are REAL technical and some like me are sorta still cavemen. I will never claim peak but if for my dollar i GET to claim RMS especially if i have the electrical to supply it all (could always use more of course) Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Its loud thats all that really matters. i was just wondering how you got 23k. I was at one time wanting a T4k and was told by someone not to get it because you blew one running it under 1ohm
meade916
no no no, its cool i know you werent trying to offend me.....i just wanted to point out that i know that theres other factors involved to maybe make it less than that but for my $$ i think its fair i get to claim RMS on the box and birthsheets thats all yes i blew an amp at .35 bumpin the shit out of it for 10 minutes but at .7 they are runnin VERY nicely. I ordered dual 1.4 FI BTLs just for that reason (to get my .7) Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Guest MegaloManiac
it would be actually a lot more than 23,000 watts. cause the amps arent exactly 100% efficient so Meade > TXU energy

Guest MegaloManiac
well amps draw an amount of current right? it takes that current and amplifies it to power (watts) right? so most good amps are only about 70-80% effiecient..i think. so yeah only 23k's are getting to the speakers, subs whatever. but he is drawing a whole more. just a physic theory. i can see what the argument is that you can draw as much current as possible without even having 1 watt because of no voltage. but assume if the amps were 100% efficient they can produce a heck of a lot more power. i am willing to retract my comment if its false
AP Zoutes
the statement is accurate if your point is he has 29k watts supplied by his batteries/alternator.
