Just thought I'd ask this, for the last week that I have had a wall, it has creaked when driving around corners and such. It's made out of double layer 3/4" with a 2x4" external frame and a 2" baffle, so it's damn strong and doesn't flex when playing. I'm assuming it's just the car twisting and putting stress on the wood while cornering?

AUSTRALIA do i need say more?

HU: some crap pionee

AMP: dc 9k @ 18v

SUB: 4 elevation audio sqx 12"

Battery: 2 neuton power 8200d

burp setup for fun 152's

soon to come: rebuilt soundstream xxx (2 18" OR 3 15" wall) Bunch speakers, more batts and new HU

hmm just a random idea, you should try cramming some extra pieces of wood down the sides to help reinforce it from wobbling and creeking when going around corners.

Yeah, still haven't finished the build so I guess we'll see.

Expanding foam the crevices :)

Yep, was going to do that between the roof and box. It is almost hard up against the doors so they kinda hold it too :)

Yeah actually. I have 1 sub out now I've been trying to pinpoint the problem I guess. I know I need to zip tie my wires in the box and clean it out. All types of weird shit in there :-(.

I think the expanding foam will do the trick as far as the box creaking... It's annoying as he'll sometimes lol
