noise in my highs

i got in my car tonight and i only have my 6x9s and dash speakers hooked up and a 4 ch american bass amp 480sq i think. and as soon as i started it it made noise in my speakers befor i put the face on. it sounds like when ur tryin to tune a am radio station in sometimes it gets worse i dont know what it could be i have new rca's could it be the output on the radio or the amp a sort in a wire somewhere ive heard the noise a few other times before i put the face on but it allways went away when i put the face on. id pause it just to hear and it was gone but not tonight or could the amp be takeing a shit

Is this with the car off or on?

Do you still hear it faintly while playing music?

Have you checked that everything is plugged in properly?

its with the car off or on also yes everything is right. i unpluged the rca and it still made the noise im thinking its the amp
