BanginOnABudget Posted March 13, 2011 Report Posted March 13, 2011 I know these guys carry decent products, i was skimming, and came across these alts, if it does rated, it would do 140a/80a which isnt bad, and they're cheap enough that i could get three of them, for 420A/240A, My question is, how good would these alts be, and how close would they do to rated???? http://www.quadratec.com/products/55100_522.htm im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Almost as bad as those fegs that put those horns in their grills and roll down the street distorting the block.... 1990 Jeep Cherokee 2 Dr. Big-3 in 0g on Stock Alt. Loudcivic Posted March 13, 2011 Report Posted March 13, 2011 from what ive heard powermaster alts are a decent alt. they may not be mechman or dc power but they will do the job with a lower price tag. if it seems to good to be true buy one and put it on and clamp it to see how many amps your getting out of it 2015 silverado crew cab nothing atm but soon...
