i soon will have 2 hifonics amps.

1 bass amp with a 140 amp fuse on it

and 1 4 channel amp 4 my mids and highs with a 60 amp fuse on it.

would it be better to go with a 250 amp anl fuse or a 200 amp anl fuse or 1 anl fuse per amp?

I would use a 250 amp fuse. I like to have a little headroom in my fusing exspecially if my amps have built in fuses.

you are talking about the main fuse up front by the battery aren't you?

Then you will need to add another fuse right before the 4 channel and for that fuse I always stick to the manufacture's recommendation.

I don't see any reason to use dual ANL fuses up front by the battery unless you have more than one wire up there or the combined value of the fuse excead's the anything you can find.

I would use a 250 amp fuse.

the 4 channel amp has 2 30 amp fuses on the outside and the bass amp has 140 amp fuse on the inside, so y do i need a fuse be4 tha 4channel amp?
