SPL WX15 SPL GRLA5500/1D Custom ported 8 cu. ft. @ 35hz Eclipse CD8454 0 Gauge w/ stock charging system its made out of 2 layers 3/4" MDF so 1 1/2" total all the way around.. i used body filler to seal off all the screw holes and seams.. then went around every edge with a 3/4" round-over and around all the ports and baffle with a 1/4" .. i used about 10 cans of 99 cent black paint from walmart and about 4 cans of cheapo clearcoat I had layin around
