m1dg3thunt3r Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 im doing the big three in my 2000 vw passat v6, and ive realized i cant get to the alt. it is located in the front left UNDER the engine, cant gets hand down there,cant get fron under, the oil pan is in the way. has anyone ever dont this without removing the entire front end or the car?

m1dg3thunt3r Posted March 18, 2011 Author Report Posted March 18, 2011 the only ones ive seen online is whenthey removed the entire front end but is it even worth it for the big 3? i have an mrp-m1000 now with a crappy AAA battery but im gonna be upgrading to a Kinetic HC2400 and eventually an AQ2200d, any ideas?
