I would do a standard slot port with 17in2 of port per ft3. So for a 5.5ft3 net box, 93.5in2 of port and tune 30-33hz

so at 5.5 port will be 17x6x34D at 33hz?

I'm gonna disagree and say with such little power he should do bigger. 6.5 - 7 cubes.

no im waiting on my lanzar 6000d to ship back they are sending me a brand new one instead of fixing my old one its being shipped today i was going to use that us amp until the big boy was fixed but i didnt im still throwing around ideas for what amp i really want to go with either keeping my lanzar 6000d or going with either the DC 3.5K or the 5K

Stick with the 5.5 net especially since you plan on putting more power to the sub. Just let me know if you decide to go with the 3.5 or 5k, you wont regret it if you do!

so heres the deal my box is 17.5x30x23.5D i was going to do 2 4inch aero ports but decided to go slotted im trying to run at 33hz can anyone help with what side port for 33hz with the box size i gave?

your probably wondering how i got a 18 into a box like that well its tripled faced its in a cobalt so yeah trunk is a nightmare even after cutting and hammering.
