Help With Battery Amp Hours...

Recommended Posts

So, i did my math, and with my current setup, I am gonna need a battery, or series of batteries with approximately 225ah in a worst case scenaria @ 10.5v, and 122ah in a best case scenario @ 14.4v. I like to play it safe, so I was hoping to get some batts that can total to at least the 225ah. Now, I will have limited space, so I was looking at a few kinetic hc600's, but the only problem I'm seeing is they only have 20ah, meaning alot of batts. I know that optima's have b/w 90ah - 110ah. Do you guys think it would be smarter to use a couple of optima's, or does anyone know some cheap batts that can give me this power?

I believe you use RC of the battery when you play music. I remember reading one of AMICUSTOMS' posts.

Edit: Optimas have a slower charge/ discharge rate iirc
