I don't know much about car audio but I know about spl. usually with lower tuned systems when you open window it allows the sound wave to travel and it gets louder Quote R.I.P! zayres29 Posted March 29, 2011 Report Share Posted March 29, 2011 The mounting points are the same at least on GM motors but you have to worry about alignment with the rest of the accessories which is where the custom bracket comes it as far as I know there is no kit for this its the same is it? Hmmmmm.... Never really looked. I wouldnt mind seein a link to this braket either. Wonder if it aplies to a 3.1 v6?? i was speaking of the trucks as in blazer tahoe c/k i know it does because i put my stock alt in the ac bracket just to see if it would fit the mounting points are the same but the cooling fan in the alt hit the bracket which is why a custom one would have to be made Quote Btw that was the first person.
