Place i got it from said they will take care of me if i have issues.. Not the pulley on the alt but the black one next to it or move them in more for more wrap? fox_racin4 Posted September 22, 2013 Author Report Posted September 22, 2013 Which one? Lol The one on the left is kind of a tricky deal.. The belt BEARLY touchs it till the tensioner " tightens" the belt when theres a load on it. When the tensioner moves to tighten the belt ( WITHOUT the idler to the left there) it looses belt wrap. So, with that pully there the only time its "usefull" is when theres actually a load on the alts. Thats basically the best that can be done without making a bracket to move the idlers closer to the alt. pully. So gotta get that touched up. I couldnt get a good weld on it after ot broke as its right next to paint.. So the weak weld broke.
