Guest Posted April 16, 2011 Report Posted April 16, 2011 a 12" Q needs ~2cuft of space. that equals out to about 28sqin of port total (using a general 14sqin per cube). i dont know how you see 16sqin of port being enough... Quote
RAM_Designs Posted April 16, 2011 Report Posted April 16, 2011 Just use aeroports, they're on sale at partsexpress.com and will look better than any slot port. DerekLeonard Posted April 16, 2011 Report Posted April 16, 2011 do two more the guys at audioque did a box with 3 10s and they had 4 triangular ports for each check the face book page Quote i wasn't asking you but thanks for being a nosy fool I really think you have a learning disability.
Jeremy1998 Posted April 17, 2011 Author Report Posted April 17, 2011 port noise galore From what I understand, port noise is caused by not enough port area for your box size? And I see where you got that. I made a mistake in listing my specs. I didn't double check the specs. I listed specs for the 10". The real area is 2 cubic ft. So would I still have port noise if I used 24 - 32 sq in of port? Quote
