C.Sanchez.A
As the title says, I'm doing a sing sub set up for my Mazda Protege and was wondering where the best place to put the sub was and where to face it. It's going to be a RF P212S4 on about 150 - 200 rms. C.Sanchez.A
I vote sub forward. This a ported box? I'm still debating that. I heard they sound better sealed... I think I will try both and see which is better. Autoinnovations
Most of the time rear firing and furthest back gets the best results from rolloff. If it's not a custom built in box just move it around til it sounds best

C.Sanchez.A
I'd do 4ft sealed facing back and yes I have done it with exact sub on exact power 4ft sounds pretty big, considering the specs say 1.25 sealed is max recommended. C.Sanchez.A
experience > rf's recommendations it will play faster, lower, and louder with that big of a box The only down side is I don't have the room for that big of a box.
