BackYardSoundZ
now is it the subs that arent as loud or the whole system, cuz the subs like the guy said a few above me could be from a loose vc wire, they would still hit but nothing like b4, but if its your whole system speaks n everything then im def. thinkin voltage drops/ problems, mayb after the batteries if your gauge is reading correctly, or mayb a battery is your problem. savagebee
possibly a blown vc on one of the subs? could be messing up your resistance etc.. is this a common chambered box? if its common chambered, both subs would still be moving, even if one was blown... you may through a dmm on the subs to see what happens
01xtreme
sounds like the voltage issues I was having with my system before the second batteries. The factory volt meter isn't very accurate. I would check the voltage at the amp with a DMM. My voltage was reading a little below 14 at the dash from the factory gauge, and damn near 10 at the amps on the multimeter. I was seriously about to make a topic about that. I thought I was going crazy because my shits louder AFTER school and its quiet in the morning, I didn't want to make a topic and have people looking at me like " man this guys nuts" That makes me feel better lol Quote 1986 C20 Suburban 9 American Bass XFL 15's B2 M1MKII 14v XS Power Batteries Maxwell Caps Acoustical energy is free.
