if your stock readio is a double din size yes it will fit. if not you'll have to cut. my ranger was almose a double din like 1.5 din. i had to cut alittle bit to make it work

I have an '01 jetta as well..I haven't done a double din yet, but will. I've heard it does fit..you may have to do some work behind it, IDK. but as long as you take out that little cubby/wast of space, the cage will fit

lol ya it depends on the car but you should be able to make a double din fit if the stock isnt (which is what im assuming since crutchfild stated)
