Interested to know how u running 16v? Was u able to fit a second alot or u running stepdowns?

No step down modules...charging @ 16.5max and 14v batteries. Everything that I looked @ showed there is no need for step down modules. Those are only needed with systems that are charging around 19v. When I talked to mechman about the alternator and what I wanted to do, he said there night be a battery light that would come on. But I don't even have that on. Car manufacturers have built in some tolerance to the computers in case of a scenario where your alternator over charges. Really it was a pain to get the alternator instslled correctly with the correct belt. Due to different pulley size. But it is totally worth it.

Nice, would consider that if I didnt have so many 12v now. But I didnt know it would charge that high with no issues. The Titan starts acting funny around 15.5v

Well after listening to my hatch slowly getting worse I decided to fix it for now. And man does it sound better than hearing metal flex over bass. So on my testing drive I had to stop and make a video...

  • 3 months later...

Alright Bass Headz,

I have decided to build a 4th order wall in the xterra. I bought 4 Lvl 4 M2's this week and I can't wait until they show . My current XL M1 has been been a beast and I will recone it to the specs of the person buying it. I am looking for a buyer.

Back to the 4th order wall, this is going to be a wall similar to Corona Jeff's, but not the same. 8 cubic feet sealed and in total will be around 20 cubic feet. All 4 Lvl 4's will be inverted with Rusty's signature on each one. Behind the box will be my amp racks with spots for batteries and all things sealed in a enclosure preventing them from being stolen.

This is the beginning of a wall build, my first wall build...stay tuned!

XL M1 is for sale PM me!
