Stee-Z
Which amp would be better for my FI BTL 18" AQ 2200 or the AQ 3500. I will only have 2 optima yellow top batteries, so im not sure if i should get the 3500, because of electrical issues. I wont be getting a H/O alternator for a while so would the 2200 be best for me now? or will my lights still dim and i will have electrical problems? I know the AQ 3500 would be louder, but i dopnt know if my electrical can withstand the shear power off it. fecupe2001
i used a DD m4 (same AQ3500.1) on the explorer with stock alternator,big3 and 3 kinetik batts and it behaved GREAT actually, but i only did it for a coouple of months man, i fucking hate voltage drops, worst thing you can do for your expensive amplifier, if i were you, i wouldn´t get anything bigger than a AQ2200.1 just yet, then i would spent some money on a nice alternator and get a second AQ2200.1 , just saying...
