I've seen great used cars at dealerships that fits a student's budget, and it would be great to instal a system. I'm sure that you wouldn't buy a new one anyways. Hmmm.... You have to tell them what you want to pay, not let them tell you how much you are going to pay. That is how I got my blazer for 3K instead of 4.5K like they wanted. And I walked in with cash....
