Samk218s Posted April 23, 2011 Report Posted April 23, 2011 I need help finding the best way to build a box for 2 18in RE Audio Sx. I have them in a box right now and they flex 3/4 MDF and I figured I need a double layer on top. Can somebody help me with the size of port and best supports and way to build the structure of port. Pics would help too I was thinking about using 3/4 birch but would the hard wood affect the sound quality?

zayres29 Posted April 23, 2011 Report Posted April 23, 2011 i got a box for you height = 24 width = 44 depth = 30 port is height = 4 width = 42.5 length = 16 that gives you 13.6 cubes before woofer disp and bracing tuned to 36hz Btw that was the first person.
